Baker Supervisor

Responsible for creating beautiful, delicious baked goods and confections, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Your expertise will help delight our customers and elevate our food offerings through innovative cake decorating, precise food preparation, and efficient packaging. As well as overseeing the kitchen in the chef’s absence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a fast-paced environment where creativity and attention to detail are celebrated.

Breakfast Cook

Responsible for all the food served in the Banff Aspen Lodge’s Breakfast Room. Daily tasks include serving up to 200 guests buffet style hot and cold breakfast and assist with Whitebark baking as needed. You will be responsible for keeping a clean kitchen and must be able to work independently. We are a small, creative, energetic, hardworking team looking for someone fun, reliable and focused on quality. Will be cross trained on all shifts in the kitchen.

Breakfast Server

Responsible for displaying and maintaining a positive, friendly and courteous attitude at all times. Daily duties include preparing the breakfast room for opening, ensuring buffet and beverage stations are stocked, tables are supplied with the necessary utensils, clean and replenish tables throughout the morning and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. This is a part-time position.

Dishwasher

Responsible for cleaning dishes for the Aspen Lodge’s complimentary morning breakfast. Daily duties include dishwashing and ensuring a sanitized, clean and tidy environment, and some kitchen prep work.
