Front Desk Uniform
Ladies
A clean and pressed uniform is mandatory for every shift. The uniform includes a blouse, optional sweater, pants and a name tag. Wearing sweater is optional but blouses must be tucked in. Black stockings or socks (solid colour - no patterns) are to be worn with low, closed-toe, black dress shoes. Only simple accessories are acceptable. Only one simple earring per ear may be worn. No other visible piercings, tongue rings or visible tattoos allowed.
Pants: Must be purchased through the Banff Aspen Lodge. The hotel will initially pay ½ of the cost of the pants and the other ½ will be deducted from your paycheque. If you stay employed at the Banff Aspen Lodge for 6 months, you will not be charged for the hotel's portion. If you leave prior to 6 months, the hotel's portion of the pants will be deducted from your final paycheque.
Gentlemen

Black dress shoes and matching socks (solid colour - no patterns) must be worn. Men may not wear earrings. No visible piercings, tongue rings or visible tattoos allowed. Men must be clean shaven at all times and are not allowed to have long hair.

Failure to present a tidy appearance may result in disciplinary action. **
| Beige Oxford Shirt | To be sent into Custom Linen for laundering. You can send in 2 shirts each week that the hotel will pay for. This will be posted to your "uniform account"
Iron as necessary on LOW setting. |
| Sweater | To be sent into Custom Linen for Dry Cleaning. You can send your sweater in once every 2 weeks that the hotel will pay for. This will be posted to your "uniform account" |
| Pants | To be sent into Custom Linen for Dry Cleaning. You can send in your pants once a week that the hotel will pay for. This will be posted to your "uniform account" |
| Ties | You may send your tie in once every 2 weeks for dry cleaning. This will be posted to your "uniform account" |
