Responsible for
checking guests in and out of hotel. Concierge. Answering the Switchboard
Telephone. Taking reservations.
Successful applicants must have:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Outstanding customer relations skills
- Passion for selling on the telephone or in person
- The ability to focus in a busy environment
- The attitude to work with a team or independently
- Communication and interpersonal skills should be outstanding
Requirements 1 month after hiring:
- First Aid Certificate
- Best of Banff
Full Time Permanent Position
Starting Wage: $10.50 to $11.25 depending on experience, 3 month review and 90 day probationary period
Bonus: Potential of $1200.00 upon completion of 9 months full time work and criteria met.
Hours per Week: 40 hours
