Responsible for checking guests in and out of hotel. Concierge. Answering the Switchboard Telephone. Taking reservations.

Successful applicants must have:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Outstanding customer relations skills
• Passion for selling on the telephone or in person
• The ability to focus in a busy environment
• The attitude to work with a team or independently
• Communication and interpersonal skills should be outstanding

Requirements 1 month after hiring:

• First Aid Certificate
• Best of Banff

Full Time Permanent Position
Starting Wage: $11.50 to $12.00 depending on experience, 3 month review and 90 day probationary period
Bonus: Potential of $1200.00 upon completion of 9 months full time work and criteria met.
Hours per Week: 40 hours
