Customer Service Experts!
We strive on providing excellent customer service here at the Banff Aspen Lodge ~ have a read through the following letter we received from a past guest;
"I would like to thank you for the extras you provided for us while staying at the Aspen Lodge. We slept in one day and missed out on breakfast. However, we knocked on the Breakfast Room door and the server allowed us in and we were able to have "take-out" for our room. The staff were very cordial and we found breakfast just great! Lots of food, good choices and it was delicious. It was the best breakfast at a hotel that was in included with the price.
The hotel also stored our luggage while we went up to Jasper overnight and on our day of leaving we were able to stay an hour after check-out, as our bus did not leave until 1:30pm.
Thanks again, you gave us such personal service and we had such a pleasant stay with you."
